좋은 리서치 페이퍼는 단순히 많은 자료를 조사하고 긴 글을 작성하는 것만으로 완성되지 않습니다. 명확한 논제 설정, 신뢰할 수 있는 자료에 대한 깊이 있는 분석, 논리적인 문단 구성, 정확한 인용, 그리고 반복적인 편집과 수정 과정을 거쳐야 비로소 완성도 높은 학술 저널로 발전할 수 있습니다.

​SSLI & SS College Prep에서는 The Concord Review 제출을 목표로 하는 예비 저자들이 역사적 주제를 깊이 있게 탐구하고, 약 7,000~8,000단어 수준의 학술적 리서치 페이퍼를 완성할 수 있도록 전문적인 지도와 세밀한 피드백을 제공합니다.

​많은 최상위권 대학은 지원서의 활동 내역이나 추가 자료를 통해 지원자의 심화 연구 경험, 독립적인 학술 활동, 논문·저널 출간 또는 제출 여부를 확인할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 논문 출간이 모든 대학의 필수 지원 요건은 아니지만, 장기간에 걸쳐 완성한 리서치 페이퍼를 실제 저널에 제출한 경험은 지원자의 지적 호기심, 학문적 주도성, 분석력, 연구 역량과 지속적인 학업 수행 능력을 보여주는 구체적인 자료가 될 수 있습니다.

The Concord Review 예비 저자 모집

주제 선정부터 자료 조사, 초안 작성, 편집·수정, 최종 제출까지 체계적으로 진행합니다.

*The Concord Review 제출을 준비하는 학생은 예정 제출일로부터 최소 1년 전에 등록하고, The Concord Review 측의 코치 배정을 기다려야 합니다.

*2026년 8월 1일 제출 예정 예비 저자들의 코칭이 마무리된 이후 추가 코치 배정이 선착순으로 진행될 예정입니다. 코치 배정에는 시간이 필요하므로 서둘러 등록하시고, 2027년 2월 1일, 5월 1일 또는 8월 1일 제출을 목표로 준비하시길 권장드립니다.

Recruiting Prospective Authors for The Concord Review Research Journal Program

​The skills students developed during this summer’s SAT course—including precise sentence interpretation, analysis of logical structure, editing and revision, and effective use of punctuation—will become even more valuable as they advance into serious academic research writing.

​

A strong research paper is not completed simply by gathering a large amount of information and writing a lengthy essay. It requires a clearly defined thesis, careful analysis of credible sources, logically organized paragraphs, accurate citations, and repeated rounds of editing and revision.

​

SSLI & SS College Prep provides professional guidance and detailed feedback for prospective authors preparing to submit to The Concord Review. Students are supported as they explore a historical topic in depth and develop an academic research paper of approximately 7,000–8,000 words.

​

Many top-tier universities explicitly provide opportunities for applicants to present advanced research, independent academic work, and significant publications or submissions. Although publication is not a universal admissions requirement, completing and submitting a substantial research paper can strengthen an application by providing concrete evidence of a student’s intellectual curiosity, academic initiative, analytical ability, and commitment to long-term scholarly work.

Students are encouraged to expand the reading comprehension and logical reasoning skills developed through SAT preparation into serious research writing and create meaningful academic work that demonstrates their research ability and academic potential.

The Concord Review Prospective Author Recruitment

Students will receive structured guidance throughout the entire process, including topic selection, research, drafting, editing, revision, and final submission.

*Students preparing to submit to The Concord Review should register at least one year before their intended submission date and allow sufficient time to wait for coach assignment through The Concord Review.

*After the prospective authors submitting by August 1, 2026 complete their coaching process, additional coach assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Since coach placement may require time, students are encouraged to register early and prepare for submission by February 1, May 1, or August 1, 2027.
